There were no grievances pending with the Staff Grievances Redressal Machinery of the Department. The receipt of grievances in respect of the Department was `Nil' and hence their disposal does not arise. The Sagar Sampada Cell at Kochi received grievances from 16 members of its staff out of which the grievances of 8 members were settled.
